抄録
We used GK-6166 on the 26 urological patients with pain and following results were obtained.
1) Among 11 urological patients who had colic, 7 cases were effective and not effective in 4 cases.
2) Among 11 patients who had urological operation, 9 were effective and not effective in 2.
3) Against pain by urological examinations effective cases were seen in 3 out of 4.
4) Only one patient among 26 had side effect showing dry mouth.
5) Effect of the drug appeared about 15 minuts after the injection.
