Abstract
Static equilibrium analysis is an important pre analysis. Static equilibrium analysis can be performed before dynamic analysis to know which status is stationary position to simulate smoothly. Until now static equilibrium analysis for multi body dynamics is developed in MBD software and static equilibrium analysis of flexible body is developed in FEA software. RecurDyn proposed Multi Flexible Body Dynamics (MFBD) technology to solve them together. Static equilibrium analysis of MFBD requires the connecting forces or constraints of the MBD and FEA. The solution for connecting forces or constraints is different with each one because the connecting forces or constraints make it difficult to solve the connected system. Various methods base on Newton Raphson method are considered to solve the difficulties and the result is shown.
