Authors had been developed the optimal control theory based on energy equation, and clarified that this method is useful to design controllers for energy regenerative control systems. This paper deals with the control problems of erectro-hydraulic type activesuspension. Especially, extension for energy regenerative control systems. This paper deals with the control problems of erectro-hydraulic type activesuspension. Especially, extension obtained as follows. 1)The extension of the criteria function based on energy flow induced superior control law. 2)In this method, road profile information is not so important and it can abbreviate. 3) Erectro-hydraulic type actuator is suitable to realize energy regenerative activesuspension.
