In recent years, we have focused on reduction of machine weight to reduce environmental impact. On the other hand, weight reduction results in smaller stiffness of the machine body which causes problems in terms of vibration and noise. We attach vibration sensor to vibration source part to prevent these problems. However, it is difficult to detect anomaly vibration of parts around vibration source part.

In this report, we focus on rotary machine unbalance vibration and developed algorism using periodic disturbance observer system for estimating vibration of a part around vibration source part. We verified the effectiveness of the proposed periodic disturbance observer system by numerical simulations.
