Various methods of management are known to increase creativity of a team, such as brain storming, debating, image mapping and so on. However, few studies have appeared which discuss how to make and arrange a team with agreeable creativity. Specifically, no method based on a steadfast psychological principle, supplied with practical procedures and focused on behavioral patterns observed among Japanese population has been developed yet. In order to create such a method, we focus on the concept of psychological types, and take advantage of YG personality inventory. In this study, we propose an original method which assigns team members so that each team hold an equal potential. Parallel group randomized trials were applied to undergraduate students, and effectiveness of the team activities were analyzed using data envelopment analysis (DEA).
