グローバル生産における設計情報の一考察

Japanese manufacturers have difficulties such as increasing inquiry for design information and starting over the design work when they shift their procurement and production to overseas companies. This is because Japanese-style tacit knowledgebase design information which depends on work site’s skills. Therefore design information must avoid the design style on the assumption for a tacit knowledge base manufacturing. This paper shows some measures which are internationalized drawing expressions and explicit knowledge base manufacturing. And also what the way of information between design and production ought to be when manufacturers target a shift to 3D annotated model based manufacturing.
