The thermoelectric module is very compact cooling device. And cooling the thermoelectric module using a fan is widely used these days. However this way of cooling reduce the advantage of the thermoelectric module, because the thermoelectric module itself has no moving part and keep high reliability. In this study cooling the thermoelectric module using two-phase loop thermosiphon was performed. As a result, it was found that the cooling rate reached more than 60[W] under the condition of 50 [mm] liquid head, and temperature drop was within 10K using R134a as a working fluid
