The different discharge mechanism was obtained between the positive and negative polarities. The length of streamer in the case of positive polarity was longer than the length of negative-polarity case. It was also clarified that electrical discharge in water generated dissolved H_2O_2 and H_2. The amount of changes for H_2 and H_2O_2 in the case of the positive polarity was greater than that in the negative polarity case. The different mechanism of the streamer propagation between the positive and negative polarities caused in these results.
