Abstract
Distributed Energy System is expected to supply energy when electricity and gas supply stops in disaster. In this study, the aim is to evaluate sustainable energy supply for an apartment, where 100 families live, with Distributed Energy System. Energy demand of apartment in disaster is estimated 70 %of average daily usage. Electrical energy and heating energy are supplied by Photovoltaic cells, Batteries, Storage tank, Solar water heating system, Gas engine and Gas tank. Results indicate that we can't keep electricity and heating supply for 7 days without Gas engine and Gas tank. The larger Gas engine and Gas tank capacity we have, the longer days we can keep electricity and heating supply.
