To solve problems in the delivery industry, we studied the introduction of services using next-generation mobility devices capable of automated driving and remote control. We conducted a demonstration experiment and fabricated a mobility device, showing that the video delay time for remote control is unrelated to the vehicle's speed. In addition, we conducted a questionnaire survey on delivery and mobility and found that there is a need for immediate delivery and transportation to nearby facilities. Based on the needs of the residents, services to be introduced were examined, and the appropriateness of the mobility specifications to be used was confirmed. In addition, we conducted a maturity assessment of this research project and presented a draft roadmap for introducing the service.
