The purpose of this paper is to investigate the particle-particle interaction in the two-dimensional non-dilute colloidal dispersion system. In this field, using the linearlized modeling has often treated the effect of the particle-particle interaction. The transverse lift force is, however, induced from the nonlinear interaction, and hence the effect of the interaction should be considered even if the particle Reynolds number might be vanishingly small. In this paper, the slow viscous flow induced by two circular cylinders, which undergo step change in the rotating and translating velocities. This flow is calculated by using the vortex method which is combined with the panel method and the vortex blob & sheet method. In the numerical result, the nonlinear interaction is surely appeared in the case of which two cylinders abruptly move in the equal but opposite rotating velocity to the parallel axes, even if each cylinder would be fixed in the Oseen domain.
