We experimentally examined the flow behavior of water through micro-orifices of 20 micron meters.We found anomalous phenomena like a reduction in flow with the time elapsing from the inception of experiment.The present report is also concerned with the influence of the static electricity produced by flow and stored on the orifice on the anomaly.
