This paper deals with numerical simulation of combustion process in a propane gas two-stroke cycle engine which has scavenging and exhaust valves in the cylinder head. Inage's combustion model which can apply to both of the laminar and turbulent flow field was used to examine about the influence that shapes of the combustion chamber and distances of flame propagation gave to the combustion process. As a result, dome and pentroof type combustion chambers are superior to pan-cake type in the combustion speed.
