Many patients who require heart transplantation use an auxiliary artificial heart during waiting period until a real heart transplant is performed. During waiting period, high risk of blood clotting due to nonphysiological contact and cerebral infarction complications occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to create technology to prevent blood clotting without intervention of artifacts. Herein, we propose a micropump technology to overcome the complications. In this research, we focus on the Finite Element Method (FEM) to evaluate the behavior of the mechanical element theoretically to characterize the liquid transportation rate. Then, analyze C shaped PZT on blood vessel and investigate in fluid behavior. Finally, we confirm the principle of micropump by experiment.
