At present, it is pointed out that the burning exhaust gas includes poisonable gas such as the dioxin gas which has bad influence on the human bodies. The poisonable gas is generated from the garbage incinerators. Heating processing system using the micro-channel device is proposed to resolve those problems relating to the processing of the poisonable burning exhaust gases. The micro-channel device has high mixing characteristics and large inner surface area as well as the low presssure loss. In the present study, heating characteristics of the gas flow in the high temperature micro-channel is experimentally examined by changing hole diameter, the length, the cooling gas flow rate, the heating power of the micro-channel as parameters.
