The fatigue and destruction resulting from the centrifugal force produced in the rotating disk are the factor often causes the serious accident. Especially, the analysis of the vibrating problem is one of the destructive forms has been adding importance to the design on mechanical engineering with the latest improvement in the speed and in a performance. Since it becomes with very big unbalanced power especially in high-speed rotation even if it is small unbalance load. Therefore, the influence that the unbalanced load on the rotating disk exerts on the stress intensity factor in the crack tip is examined in this study. The photoelastic method and the caustics method are used for the calculation of the stress intensity factor. As a result, the influence of unbalanced load has on a rotation disk is understood. Moreover, this result can employ in a safe design efficiently.
