In this paper, the mehtodology of DEA-PAB (Plural term Analysis under the condition of Advanced Benchmarking included) is proposed. Developing the DEA-PAB Methodology, firstly, the Advanced Benchmarking which consist of the best result of each Evaluating Item is constructed. It will be the key DMU towards aiming number one Efficiency Level in the entire DMUs during analyzing period. Secondly, basic model to figure out DEA in the plural term including Advanced Benchmarking is proposed. Analyzing the Efficiency Level of the DMU in plural terms, the DEA-PAB Methodology is applied, using the actual data of Production Control Functional Indicators of nine Production Bases. After achieving equal to Existing Benchmarking, improvement room for the Each Evaluating Item by Plant, to achieve the number one Efficiency Level in the entire DMUs is stated.
