Recenrty, our technical high school students make a new attack on the research of food machinery. For example, the sunny-side up egg machine, the chiaotzu (=gyoza) machine,the tea maker. When we attempt to make a food machine, we can set a definite goal which make a certain food. And also, we can study the method of designing and making automatic machinery. Many of them work on sequence control. This paper describes the educational practices of food machinery in our technical high school
