In this paper, the authors propose a three-dimensional seismic isolation table which is composed of a vertical isolation system using six V-shaped link mechanisms and a horizontal isolation table using X-Y rails. The vertical isolation system has an approximate bilinear-type spring force characteristic. The three-dimensional seismic responses of a mass installed on the table board were measured using a three-dimensional vibration machine. The experimental results were compared with the calculated results, and the effects of vibration isolation in three-dimensional directions and the validity of the calculations were substantiated.
