This paper describes possibility to estimate the state of driver attention to visual objects outside vehicle in low arousal level by using eye-fixation-related potentials (EFRP), that are extracted from bram waves In the experiment using a driving simulator, the participants were instructed to drive on a monotonous expressway and they were induced in lower arousal level In such driving situation, various data of vehicle, participant's brain wave and subjective data were simultaneously measured while driving Their arousal levels were evaluated based on the subjective data, lateral deviation extracted from the vehicle data and the alpha wave power extracted from the bram waves In regard to of the lambda response of EFRP that is related to driver attention, the results imply that the decrease of the peak amplitude appeared earlier than the increase of alpha wave power
