This paper focuses on underexpansion gas flow at flow at a straight micro-tube exit. It has been reported that Mach number at a straight mini-size channnel exit is beyond unity since the boundary layer plays a role of walls of a laval nozzle. However, details of underexpansion gas flow at a straight micro-tube exit are still unkknow. In this paper, numerical results for the underexpantion gas flow at the micro-tube exit are reported. And also, pitot pressure measurements for the underexpansion gas flow in the down stream region from the exit and comparison of the measured paitot pressure with numerical results are conducted to validate the numerical results.
