The traditional 3D-measurement with camera image uses eliminated markers as targets. However, if pattern of image can be traced precisely, the 3D-measurement can be realize without markers. In this paper, the several kind of subset image is traced on image by the digital image correlation method. The accuracy and resolution of the displacement measurement are evaluated. The accuracy is influenced on the partial subset image. The standard deviation of displacement is less than 0.01 pixel at good conditions. The experiment of displacement measurement by digital image correlation method was conducted by using various forms Target markers and the high-speed camera.
