The metallic glasses of Au65-x(Cu13+0.5xAg5+0.5x)Si17 (x=0, 5, 10, 15) were developed by liquid quench method (casting) . Crystallinity and thermal properties were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. Thermal stability under super-cooled liquid state was evaluated by The TTT diagram (time-temperature-transformation diagram). From the results, it was found that the Au65Cu13Ag5Si17, Au60Cu15.5Ag7.5Si17 and Au55Cu18Ag10Si17 metallic glass alloy had good stability under super-cooled liquid state, and the glass transition temperatures Tg of which were less than 100 °C.
