This study describes microparticle distribution measurement in a microchannel by using electric tomography. The microchannel is designed for electric tomography application; has five cross-sections and embeds with 12 multi-layered electrodes at each cross-section. Two measurement electrode pair areas are used to visualize the particle concentration and compares with the tomography images. In the case of uniform particle concentration, as the cross-section position move from inlets area to outlets area, particles drift away from center streamlines to near the wall. The number of the particles around the wall is clearly increased near outlet area than center streamlines.
