Experimental study of dynamic characteristics of torque to the applied A.C. electric field in a disk type rotating device using ERF with many particles were conducted. The torque has an apparent static value, which means the apparent static aggregation and is different from the steady value under D.C. electric field In addition, the amplitude under A.C. electric field is dependent on the fluctuation of the aggregation. The apparent static value and the amplitude depend on the frequency of the A.C. electric field and the angular velocity of the rotating flow. The experimental results can be explained by the aggregation model.
