This paper describes the method of the PCDDs/DFs model with de novo composition in the incinerator. The model was based on Huang Kinetic model. Huang used the PCDDs/DFs in the homogeneous system however this method could be applied to calculate the PCDDs/DFs in the flow field. The examined model was a cooling tube in part of laboratory-scale fluidized-bed incinerator that our university has. The calculation condition was prepared for 3 cases with cooling condition. The conditions were following. (1) Both the connection tube and top part of the cooling tube were cooled by air. (named Case 1) (2) The connection tube was cooled by air and the top part was cooled by water. (named Case 2) (3) Both the connection duct and top part of the cooling tube were cooled by water. (named Case 3) Case 1 and Case 3 were agreed with the experiment but Case 2 did not.
