A model for the heat flow in the injection molded fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) is presented. It is an anisotropic medium whose axis of anisotropy is changing with depth. Its equation of heat conduction yields to a type of Hill's equation and then the exact closed form solution is obtained for three geometries. (1) An infinite medium with a pair of heat source and sink, (2) a semi-infinite medium with a heating edge and (3) a thick plate with heating and cooling edges. The present temperature analysis will give some insights for the residual stress in the injection molded FRP.
