Image guided minimally invasive treatments for cerebral aneurysms have been popular for last decade. The implantation such as coil or stent reduces the flow in the cavity and the cinematic angiography (CA) has a potentiality for measuring the flow speed during a treatment. In this paper, we applied the CA with 25f/s to a real cerebral aneurysm to take successive images and measured the flow speed in the cavity. Two usual angles of Posteroanterior (PA) and Lateral (LA) projections were selected and images are taken simultaneously. The condition of CA was 60kV and 300mA. The left-convolution flow was observed form the viewpoint of PA and around 50mm/s. The inflow from the parent artery was rotated with the counterclockwise in the aneurysm. The speed of inflow was 359mm/s and reduced in the cavity. The CA is possible to measure the flow speed in aneurysm.
