This paper describes a fundamental study on a hydrostatic pressure generator using escaping fluid. The study consists of three steps. The first is calculation of the generating efficiency by escaping fluid energy and electric power consumption of the periphery of escaping fluid. The second is proposal of some generator mechanisms by escaping fluid. One of them was focused, an oscillating engine mechanism. The third is production of a prototype of a generator with 3-cylinder oscillating engine and calculation of output and efficiency of the prototype, and estimation of the worth of effectiveness of 3-cylinder oscillating engine generator.
