A framework for decentralized manufacturing systems is discussed from view point of homogeneous property of system elements in this paper. A job-shop scheduling problem is also formulated in order to consistently manage every production equipment such as machine tool, assembly robot, AGV, storehouse, material shelf in the manufacturing systems.
