Along with the aging society, people who need rehabilitation will increase. There is the possibility that patient's muscle power and an athletic ability are likely to decline remarkably without sufficient rehabilitation. Therefore, we developed stiffness adjustable tendon-driven rehabilitation device for safe and continuous rehabilitation at home. In this paper, we describe our tendon-driven rehabilitation device and some experimental results of forced movement using surface electromyography.
