Human can capture external information through five senses. It is said that there is an upper limitation in sampling speed through those senses. In other words, human is assigning the sampling rate into each sense adaptively depending upon the situation where they meet. We first show that when tactile stimuli are given to finger tip, the response time under eye close is shorter than that under eye open. We further show that how the operating points of two EEG signals move in the phase plane.
