抄録
The purpose of this research is the control of light driven SMA actuator using optical waveguide made of paste organic material. The actuator was consisted of a substrate, an optical waveguide and SMA wires. The control system for the actuator has been constructed with a fiber optical switch. A driving experiment for controlling the tip position of the actuator has been conducted. The tip displacement has been measured by using a laser displacement sensor. Additionally a SMA actuator which had multi degrees of freedom was also fabricated. The gripping force and lifting force of the actuator has been also measured.
