We report that the regent supply system using the ELISA method for the allergen detection chip. For the medical treatment regarding an allergy disease, it is important to detect and eliminate causative allergens from several hundred kind of allergen. The final goal of our research is to develop the allergy detection device that enables us to detect causative allergens from a few drops of human's blood. The prototype of the allergy detection chip has been developed. As the next step, the regent supply system using the ELISA method was proposed. The design of the micro channel that is able to supply 5 kinds of the reagent properly was verified. The experimental results showed its effectiveness.
