For the present study, electrically driven bubble knife was employed to obtain effective reagent or gene transfer to the biological target. The structure of the bubble reservoir which controls the cavitation phenomena to ablate cell membrane was optimized. The two different structures of the bubble knife were proposed. It was confirmed that the bubble reservoir located in front of the injection probe can operate injection with high resolution. Also, less consumption of the reagent can be controlled by using the proposed knife structure. This research can contribute to minimally-invasive injection with less consumption of reagent for wide biological target.
