Abstract
In recent years in Japan, scene stressed in everyday life is very much. therefore stress problem has become one of the social problems. Individual adaptation is not performed in the conventional relaxation methods, therefore there is instability, such as problem of effect. Therefore, we focused on deep breathing exercise to do with autonomic nervous used as an indicator of the degree of relaxation, and for the purpose of realizing a stable relaxed induction, in order to realize stable relax induction, we have proposed a relaxing induction support system for generating optimal breathing method based on physiological information of the user in real time.
