真空圧により硬化する伸縮性シート

抄録

This study suggests an elastic sheet whose stiffness varies by the internal vacuum pressure. The elastic sheet is composed of a rubber bag that contains piled-up elastic meshes and an air tube. Evacuating the air inside the element through the tube binds up the meshes helped by the atmospheric pressure, which increases the stiffness of the sheet.
