Today, the importance for observation a biological cell has increased in several fields. Especially, in bio medical field, we can find many things because of observation a little biological cell. The purpose of this research is to improve for noncontact holding system using micro fluidic. The system can hold a biological cell without being hurt. However, this system can only hold it. In this paper, new system is developed that can also locate biological cells not only hold. Then repeat improvement the system and performance test. After that, this paper shows conclusion and future works.
