This paper deals with a real-time video shooting system of a view expanded microscope. The proposed system is consist of a microscope, Galvano mirror and high-speed vision system, and can get 16000×2000 pixel image in real-time by combining the multiple visual field. The effectiveness of our system is verified through video shooting experiments of sea urchin embryos in the microchannel.
