専用ウェアと支援ロボットによる移乗介助手法の基礎検討

It is difficult for most of aged users of wheelchair to transfer themselves between a wheelchair and others such as a bed, a toilet and a bathtub. Therefore, they need to support from caregivers to transfer between wheelchair and the others. Support of elderly in transferring is heavy work for caregivers although transferring is important behavior in daily life. To reduce work load of caregivers, we developed support systems of transfer by combining a robot with cushion for wheelchair users in previous work. Although the system was a simple and small system and it can be used easily, there were room to improvement in usability and procedures for such users as patients suffering hemiplegia from a stroke. In this work, we focused on clothes of the users and developed a fundamental system for transfer by combining a special wear with some fix point and a mobile robot with lift mechanism.
