It is quite important to measure and evaluate human fatigue to prevent severe health damage during work and sports. In this study, we measure heart rate with wearable device and center of pressure with pressure sensor seat during exercise. The experimental data analysis shows that the integral value of heart rate during exercise is well correlated with the decrease of weight, and that the center of pressure shifts far from that measured before exercise. This result will be used to make a system that warns human to take a rest during work and sports before severe damage.
