Studies to make spaces intelligent for human activity assistance are widely done. Even though sensors such as cameras are installed at retail shops in order to prevent crimes, the sensors have not been utilized to make the spaces intelligent yet. However, if the sensor information is able to use, it is expected that burdens of workers in the retail shops such as convenience stores can be reduced and user experience of the customers can be improved. We propose a system that provides product recommendation service, autonomous mobile robot casher service and secure childcare monitoring service by making convenience stores intelligent. The three services are designed to achieve two main purposes such as promoting the sale of products and laborsaving. We presented the proposed system at the Future Convenience Store Contest 2019 held in the World Robot Summit 2019. This paper presents the proposed system and the details of our demonstrations at the challenge.
