In this paper, we describe the development of a field for next-generation heavy equipment and teleoperation. Currently, research on autonomous heavy equipment is ongoing. In the near future, there will be a mixture of both old and autonomous heavy machines in the field. We are developing an experimental field as a platform to simulate such an environment to study the next generation of construction equipment and teleoperation that can operate well. In this paper, we introduce a model of an ICT excavator developed to operate in this field.
