In order to save lives in the event of an earthquake, it is important to have knowledge of the rubble that is the site of search and rescue operations. Our research group has proposed a method to generate and analyze rubble data by simulating the collapse process of a house in computer space, but the behavior of the physics engine used is frequently unstable. In this paper, we investigate the factors that cause the unstable behavior and try to stabilize the simulation by adjusting the parameters. As a result, it was found that the unstable behavior was caused by errors in the joints, and that adjusting the parameters was effective in improving the errors and contributing to the stabilization of the house collapse simulation.
