Micro Mixer Driven by Elastic Side Wall is easy to make and can control mixing, but the details of the transmission of driving force have not been clarified. In this paper, we focused on the vibration of the connector tube and compared the mixing performance by varying the vibration conditions of the tube. The experimental results showed that the change in tube vibration affected the mixing performance, indicating that the connector tube contributed significantly to the transmission of driving force. It was also found that the vibration of the connector tube was suppressed at the connection with the microchip. The above results suggest that it is possible to design a micromixer that achieves arbitrary mixing performance by appropriate selection of tubes, but this requires detailed analysis of tube constraints and transmission of driving force.
