The purpose of this research is to rotate a small object using sound wave vibration and air bubbles. Artificial insemination is widely used to improve the production efficiency of livestock. Because it is necessary to avoid damage to the nucleus of the oocyte during artificial insemination, the operator is required to be skilled. Therefore, rotation control of small objects such as eggs is required. Conventionally, it is known that fluid is generated by applying vibration to a microstructure, and it is possible to manipulate microobjects. By adding air bubbles, it is possible to generate flow with lower frequency and lower power vibration than before. Therefore, by using air bubbles, it is possible to achieve automation and cost reduction of artificial insemination. In this paper, using microbeads of the size assumed to be bovine eggs, we describe the fixation of air bubbles, the principle of rotation, and the vibration application experiment.
