We propose a method for evaluating elastic distribution of hydrogel materials. In proposed method, we deform inside of hydrogel materials by using light-driven gel actuators and evaluate local elasticity from strain around the gel actuator. In this paper, we evaluate elastic distribution of a hydrogel sample with elastic gradient by using arrayed light-driven gel actuators. We prepared a hydrogel sample with elastic gradient made of collagen and genipin. Then, we evaluated elastic distribution of that with an index including elastic modulus. The direction of the elastic gradient in the results was consistent with that of the fabricated collagen. Therefore, we succeeded in evaluating the elasticity distribution of hydrogel sample by the proposed method.
