Rotation of cells is required for three-dimensional observation or orientation control of cells in various fields such as cell biology or medicine. We have proposed a method of microobject rotation based on vibration-induced flow. Vibration-induced flow is a localized flow that is generated around a microstructure when the vibration is applied to the microstructure. In this paper, we evaluate the rising characteristics of the rotation of the particle and analyze the dynamics of the horizontal rotation manipulation by comparing the experimental values of the angular change with the theoretical values acquired from the equation of motion of the rotation.
