In recent years, telescopic sensing devices that can be attached to the human body are expected to be used as a method to detect human movement information. Most of them are made of stretchable conductors and rubber-like materials, but I focused on a method of measuring bending by measuring the change in transmitted light due to bending of the optical fiber. In this research, I developed a sensor made of stretchable optical fiber shaped into a wave shape to measure displacement due to elongation and bending, and aim to use it as a wearable sensing device that can detect human movement information.
