Drug Efficacy Test with Label-free Viability Assay Using Deep Learning

Abstract

In conventional cell viability assays, cell staining is used to distinguish live and dead cells, which hinders experimental efficiency. We applied a label-free viability assay using microscope images and a deep learning algorithm. This assay was used to test drug efficacy using some anticancer drugs and evaluate their effectiveness.
